Turbine control valve redundancy control system

The utility model discloses a turbine control valve redundancy control system which comprises a control valve control machine cabinet and a hydraulic actuating mechanism. The control valve control machine cabinet comprises a redundant power supply, distributed control units and valve positioner modules. The redundant power supply comprises two power modules and a power supply redundancy switching module. The hydraulic actuating mechanism comprises a servo valve and oil servo-motors. The distributed control units occur in pairs and are reserved for each other. The distributed control units send current valve position command signals of turbine control valves to the corresponding valve positioner modules. The valve positioner modules occur in pairs. Each valve positioner module simultaneously collects valve position feedback signals of two different turbine control valves; by the combination with the valve position command signals sent by the distributed control units, servo valve motions of the oil servo-motors corresponding to the two control valves are driven, and the opening of the two control valves undergoes hydraulic adjustment through a servo mechanism. The real redundancy control on the turbine control valves is achieved through the turbine control valve redundancy control system, the valve positioner modules can be replaced without disturbance in an on-line no-shutdown mode, and the system is easy to modify.
