전산 해석을 통한 팬터그래프 커버의 저소음 형상 설계

The cross-sectional shape of pantograph cover was designed for reduction of the noise level of the pantograph system. The baseline model was set as the cross-section of the pantograph cover of the next generation high speed train and numerical simulation and noise analysis was performed. Then, to improve the vertical section shape of front and rear covers, the shape was designed as wedge type; the design parameter was determined as crosswise length of the wedge. Consequently, the noise level of designed cover is reduced by 1dB(A) compared with the baseline cover model.
