고형연료를 이용한 발전 플랜트의 경제성분석을 통한 최적 용량 산출

RPF(Refuse Plastic Fuel), which used in this study is solid fuel consists more than 60% of EPR(Extended Producer Responsibility) such as waste plastic and vinyl. The wastes such as RPF is used to generate power as fuel in U.S and Japan. In order to activate propagation of New Regeneration Energy and settle the industry, RPS(Renewable Portfolio Standard) has been suggested. RPS system requires energy supplier to produce new regeneration energy and purchase lack of energy from providers. As this system will be announced officially from 2012, it is expected that changes in new generation energy market like thermal power generation using wastes, and appropriate combustion apparatus. The purpose of this study is to optimize design utilizing RPF through technical and economical feasibility study.
