중구경 현장타설말뚝의 전산해석 사례

Pile driving became impossible in rural area as much as urban area because of noise and vibration problems. To solve these problems, SIP method is widely used in Korea. But SIP method needing some blow to set a pile has still the same problems. And SIP method using not only cement paste but also a precast pile for intallation has problem wasting materials. To solve these problem, Housing and Urban Research Institute developed the Mid-Sized In-Situ Pile of which diameter is 550 ∼ 600㎜. To test the capability of the developed pile, 13 test pile were installed and static load tests and load transfer tests were performed. This paper carried out the finite element analysis on the test piles using the soil properties from the ground investigation and laboratory tests to compare with the test results. Especially during the finite element analysis, load much bigger than test load was applied to research the load-settlement, load transfer behavior and stresses caused by shear and bending forces after the real test load.
