Convolution and imaging in acoustic-surface-wave thin-film guides

Acoustic-surface-wave thin-film guides can be used for nonlinear signal processing. Advantages, potential and achieved, relative to nonguided arrangements are discussed. Such guides can also be used to image a transversely incident acoustic wavefront.
