Inverter Based Stand Alone Microgrid System Using and Method for operating control the same

The present invention relates to an inverter-based standalone microgrid system using a phasor management unit (PMU), capable of correctly operating each converter-based power source through system analysis based on PMU acquisition sync data and provision of a correct operation point therethrough, and a method of controlling operation thereof. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a standalone microgrid having convertors determining voltage and phase of a point in which a plurality of distributed power source devices are linked; a converter controller formed by corresponding to each of convertors to control the convertors installed in the standalone microgrid and controlling switching operation of each of convertors based on a noise-less sine wave; and a microgrid control center including a microgrid emergency management system (EMS) providing the initial operation reference value (V_g_ref_,o and P_g_ref_,o), performing power generation prediction and economic power supply functions for operating the microgrid, and executing a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCDA) function automatically monitoring and controlling an operate state of lower level equipment.
