ANALOGS BETWEEN CLASS-INTERVAL SELECTION AND LOCATION-ALLOCATION MODELS

Significant parallels exist between the problem of locating multiple facilities to serve numerous demand points and the problem of dividing data values into categories for choroplethic mapping.
