Investigation on Curative Effect and Drug Resistance of HIV/AIDS Patients Received HAART

Objective To understand the effect of highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART) on AIDS patients and the impact of appearance of drug resistance stain. Methods According to the principle of informed consent, throw investigation of personal interview, filling in questionnaire of drug resistance, then estimate immunology、virology and laboratory index for those patients who received HAART or not, survey drug adherence, collect anticoagulant blood 10ml, test CD~+_4 T-lymphocyte count、the virus loads of HIV and analyze the drug genotype resistance through increasing the gene of HIV-POL district by RT-PCR. Results In our survey, 124 AIDS patients' CD~+_4 T-lymphocyte rises slowly who are receiving HAART now. 8.69% HIV/AIDS patients' virus loadsLDL, the high mutation rate of drug resistance and the total mutation rate of drug resistance are 20.97 % and 33.87% . Conclusion Among AIDS patients who received HAART, their symptoms get better, but the drug resistance stain has come to a high level.
