A communicating hole is opened or closed when the pup joint is assembled or disassembled, so that the communicating hole can be accurately opened or closed; and the sand washing fluid and sand carrying fluid can flow in a runner as designed, therefore, the continuous sand washing can be realized, and the continuous sand washing device can be used for sand washing of an oil-water well compared with the conventional sand washing method that cannot solve the sand washing problems, particularly the sand washing for the horizontal well.
