A model of adaptation in Online Learning Environments (LMSs and MOOCs)

Adaptive Learning is a recent area of research under learning environments. We are particularly interested in adaptation in the context of Online Learning Environments (OAL). The goal is to propose a model of adaptation taking into account several dimensions of this adaptation, namely: the individual one (presentation, navigation and content), the massive dimension, fun and social dimensions. We will so examine these dimensions in the context of hybrid systems consisting of Learning Management Systems (LMSs), MOOCs and Adapting Learning Systems (ALS).
