A universal digital signal processing platform for satellite navigation receiver is disclosed. It is provided with at least FPGA module, DSP module, radio frequency collection module, PCI interface module, power supply module, resetting module, and real-time digital intermediate frequency signal interface. The FPGA module is the system center, and respectively connected with the DSP module and the PCI interface module; the radio frequency collection module is connected with the FPGA module via the real-time digital intermediate frequency signal interface; the above modules are provided with power by the power supply module, and controlled by the resetting module. The utility model can greatly shorten design period of prototype machine, function alone as satellite navigation receiving device to output navigational fixing result, collect digital intermediate frequency signal output from front-end RF and send it to software receiver of rear-end PC, collect GPS signal, modify firmware for use in GALITEO receiving equipment, etc.
