Graphene-containing composite polyurethane foam and preparation method and use thereof

The present invention relates to graphene-containing composite polyurethane foam, and the polyurethane foam contains graphene; the graphene is introduced in the form of a carbon nanostructure composite; and the carbon nanostructure composite comprises the graphene and SP3 hybrid structure carbon. Through use of the specific carbon nanostructure composite, the purpose of achievement of compounding of polyurethane only by simple mixing of the carbon nanostructure composite and a polyether polyol and then polymerization with a polyisocyanate, the step of compounding of the carbon nanostructure composite is omitted, the process is simple, and the foam is in seamless connection with equipment in the prior art.
