Calculating aluminum content in total parenteral nutrition admixtures.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) rule for limiting aluminum content in total parenteral nutrition (TPN) preparations continues to cause concerns among health care professionals, especially pharmacists.[1][1] The federal regulation applies to drug manufacturers and not pharmacy practitioners
