An Extended Simulink Model of Single-Chip Automotive FMCW Radar

An extended Simulink model of FMCW radar is presented. The model is fully parametrized and contains three parts: single-chip radar, antennas, channel and targets. Model description and results of simulation with three targets are shown. The model is used to determine main parameters of radar functional blocks at the system-level simulation. Using of presented model in single-chip radar development leads to a reduction in number of design iterations and time.
