Paclobutrazol (PBZ) treatment and lSh October, as soil drip @ 2.3 g ai per metre tree canopy diametre on 15"' September increased PBZ levels in shoot-tips, fruit mesocat-p and seeds of mango cvs. Dashehari and Langl-a. The levels of PBZ was higher in 15 September treated tree than that of 15 October and it reaches in shoot-tip within 30 days in second year after treatment. The PBZ residues in the fruit was less than 0.004 mgl kg fruit weight which was much lower than the internationally accepted values (0.05 mglkg fruit weight).
