Multiple artery aneurysms as the first presentation of Behçet disease.

A36-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of recurrent and progressive episodes of hemoptysis over the past month. He also complained of a dull abdominal pain. Two small oral ulcers were found in physical examination. Laboratory analysis was normal except for increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein levels and mild anemia. According to the chest radiograph (Fig. 1) that showed multiple bilateral nodules (confirmed by computed tomography [CT] scan), an open lung surgery was planned to perform a biopsy on the nodules.
