A research of logging machine performance evaluation was carried out testing forwarder model, according to a time-and-motion study in twenty-five operational cycles of wood transportation. The whole forwarder operational cycle includes empty transportation, wood-loading, full transportation and unloading of an eight-year-old Eucalyptus grandis Hill ex Maiden harvested in a forest at Lencois Paulista County, Sao Paulo State, Brazil. The parameters evaluated were wood partial charges across loading and unloading time consumption, amount of logs across time of wood loading and unloading, harvested logs distribution across time of wood loading and also time of wood loading across the unloading
