The invention discloses a multi-agent-based management control system for a wind-solar complementary power generation system. The multi-agent-based management control system is basically characterized by comprising an execution layer Agent unit, an energy management layer Agent unit and an interface management layer Agent unit. The system has the advantages that (1) the burden of a system core is reduced by a hierarchical control strategy, so that the system is more convenient to manage and easy to maintain and implement, and (2) the complexity for development of the control system is reduced by using a multi-Agent idea, so that the development cost is reduced, and the expandability, the robustness and the real-time property of the system are enhanced.
