공기압 실린더의 압력을 고려한 가속모형에 대한 연구

Pneumatic Cylinder is one of major machinery parts, which are widely used in various industries such as automobile production line and semiconductor inspection device. Failures caused by seal wear on pneumatic cylinder occur often, consequently the failure results in failure of whole system. Most of existing studies on pneumatic cylinder have focused on shape change, characteristic analysis, and control. Therefore, this study suggests appropriate accelerated model by analyzing major failure modes of pneumatic cylinder, and ultimately estimates lifetime of pneumatic cylinder on use condition by using lifetime data acquired through accelerated lifetime test.
