Image lossless decompose compression based on JPEG

In order to adapt image storage and transmission,researchers need compress image to reduce image data.Therefore,many image compress techniques and standards are introduced and made,and they have acquired very excellent production.By using JPEG compress standard and based on image data structure operating image by decompose image region,so that lossless compression is im-plemented with JPEG compress mode.Experiments show that the compressed image data by this operator turn out to be less than that of JPEG compress mode in condition to coequality effect with JPEG.
