Hyperscale Data Center Networks with Interconnected Transparent Island Architecture

We propose a novel data center network (DCN) architecture named interconnected transparent island to achieve reduced number of hops in DCN. We achieved 20% all-optical connectivity in intra-island link of a DCN supporting nearly 276,500 servers.
