Measurement and analysis on contribution rate of technological progress of Liaoning province

Whether economic growth depends on and achieves technological progress is a important sign of distinguishing abstract:between extensive and intensive development model.As an important part of the northeast old industrial base,further industrial structure adjustment and optimization of Liaoning Province must rely on scientific and technological progress.Cobb-Douglas Dynamic production function method and the Solow growth rate of the residual method are classic theory on the calculation of technology progress.By Collecting and measuring the related data of LNP from 1986 to 2008,this paper has obtained the result of technological progress contribution rate which is 46.9%(generally,50% is the boundaries),so LNP is in a critical period of economic growth mode transformation.In order to increase the contribution rate of technological progress,this paper further analyses the status of development of science and technology of LNP,especially finds out the problems by parallel comparison.We proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide reference and basis in the course of changing its mode of economic growth and technological progress in the future.
