Application of an Improved Model of Metro Shield Segment

Segment lining and surrounding rock deformation to be solved in the design and construction of the subway is one of the difficulties of generally adopted by the usage model. The segment was considered in the calculation of soil resistance and joint influence on the structure of the main. In the existing model research based on the calculation methods of segment joint,this paper improved the usage model and deduced the solution formulas of the displacement of the fixed usage model with stratigraphic structure method to establish the finite element model of surrounding rock and lining. And examples of Harbin metro engineering data,the model of the modified conventional method to solve the displacement of the lining of the analytical solutions,and the stratigraphic structure method now respectively with conventional model formula in the numerical solution for the deformation of surrounding rock and lining were calculated and compared. Studies show that the revised model and the deduced formula are reliable. The study results of segment design are of certain theoretical significance.
