Generation method of numerical control quilting processing procedure

The invention relates to a generation method of a numerical control quilting processing procedure, comprising the following sequential steps: (1) adopting a camera to acquire digital image data and carrying out image preprocessing on the acquired digital image data; (2) drawing a guide line artificially, generating equal-interval detecting lines on the guide line, finding intersecting points with a pattern profile on the detecting lines, and organizing an intersecting point coordinate into a coordinate data linked list; (3) piecewise fitting coordinate data in the step (2) and forming a primitive data linked list; (4) adopting a three-order Hermite parameter curve as a connecting primitive to smoothly connect the primitive data linked list formed in the step (3), and filling the connecting primitive into the primitive data linked list; and (5) postprocessing the primitive data linked list formed in the step (4) into control commands of a numerical control quilting machine. The generation method adopts man-machine interaction to extract the profile of the fabric pattern directly, leads the quilting pattern formed finally to be coincided with the surface profile of textile fabrics, and increases the stereoscopic impression and vision appeal of the quilt product.
