Bidirectional high frequency resonator and bidirectional transformer including the same

PURPOSE: A bidirectional RF resonator and a bidirectional transformer using the same are provided to bidirectionally transmit power by using a semiconductor device which bidirectionally operates. CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional RF transformer (210) performs a conversion between a first AC voltage which is inputted and outputted through a first input and output terminal and a rectified voltage which is inputted and outputted through a second input and output terminal. The bidirectional RF transformer includes a plurality of resonant converters (211) which are serially connected. The resonant converter includes a first circuit (213) and a second circuit (214). The first circuit and the second circuit include a plurality of switching devices. A bidirectional AC/DC converter (220) performs the conversion between the rectified voltage is inputted and outputted through the first input and output terminal and a DC voltage which is inputted and outputted through a second input and output terminal. A bidirectional DC/AC converter (230) performs the conversion between the DC voltage which is inputted and outputted through the first input and output terminal and a second AC voltage which is inputted and outputted through the second input and output terminal.
