This study suggests methods to improve work efficiency of custom-designed apartment housing projects of constructional organizations. After a careful examination of the organization and the workflow of such a project in a construction company, the study draws problematic aspects of information management from experts who have participated in those projects. The study suggests, as a solution, creating a Task Force Team ? TFT that is responsible for managing information. By unifying the information sharing window, the task force will prevent confusion and missing information that arise from changed orders that appear as the project progresses. In conclusion, the improvement will able an organization to share information more accurately and manage any number of changes and increase productivity of a construction company.
