All-optical minterm generator for three-input NRZ-DPSK signals based on SOAs and delay interferometers

An all-optical minterm generator for three-input NRZ-DPSK signals is proposed and demonstrated based on SOAs and delay interferometers. Results are derived in OOK format. Experiment with two DPSK inputs is also carried out for comparison.
