The method conducts classification on all units; the units match with each other to carry out the water-fire-wind combined automatic generation control; the frequency adjustment ability of a system is fully excavated to lower the frequency regulation reserve of the system; and the purpose of more accepting the wind power output is realized while the control quality is ensured.
