수동변속기 변속조작력 해석 및 최적화 방법 고찰

In this paper, main factors of manual transmission internal shift control part about shift force and how can we analysis and optimize the shift force by mathematical approach are presented. 3 kinds of detent device on Shift Tower and Fork-shift and Sleeve ASM are considered as main control factors and its contribution for shift force are analyzed. Shift force optimization is based on driver’s requirement for comfortable shifting in the view of shift stroke and force variation characteristics that can recognized as driver feeling. To make close correlation of real driver shift feeling and analytical force value, frictionless component and minimized free play of each component are recommended.
