Application of the new joint complex Hadamard-inverse Fourier transform in a OFDM/CDMA wireless communication system

In the paper, application of a multicarrier CDMA (OFDM/CDMA) technique in mobile radio communication systems is considered. Multi-user combining realized by the means of the fast Hadamard transform (FHT) and multicarrier modulation using the inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) are elaborated. The possibility of joining FHT and IFFT is shown. The fast algorithm for this new joint transform (named "CH-IF") is presented. Applications of the inverse of the proposed CH-IF transform in a base and in a mobile station receiver are considered.
