Design and Simulation of Micro-fuze Safety Mechanism

In order to realize the miniaturization of fuse safety mechanism,a novel MEMS safety mechanism is proposed,which has double insurance functions——launch insurance and position stop insurance.Launch insurance mechanism is released by deforming displacement movement produced by High-G,and position stop insurance controls the time-delay release by micro-friction.In order to reach the high-G resistance,finite element analysis is carried out to optimize the size of fuse safety mechanism.The dynamic equations of fuse safety mechanism are established.Simulations show that the double insurance mechanism can work with reliability and safety.
