Sensitive rotating machines monitoring and data storing method

Vibration sensor is set and connected to data memory and processing device with memory management and monitoring alarm program and alarm limit; and one key phase sensor is set. Fundamented rotation frequency and relevant double frequency and phase value are collected. Data analyzing program is set for fast Fourier transformation and characteristic extraction to obtain amplitudes and phases of different double frequencies, which are transferred to memory management and monitoring alarm program. The monitoring and analysis includes the steps of: collecting and analyzing the initial data; determining the three thresholds of several double frequencies; continuous monitoring, starting alarm program in case of exceeding the thresholds and storing relevant data.
