Summary of major conclusions from the 5th IWGT, Basel, Switzerland, 17-19 August 2009.

In this 5th International Workshop on Genotoxicity Testing IWGT), seven individual working groups addressed either specific spects of the strategy for genotoxicity testing, or the design of rotocols for specific assays. Comprehensive summaries of the outome of each Working Group (WG) are given in the individual WG eports. The following outline summarises the main conclusions for ach of the working groups.
