HEAVY LIGHT MESONS

A review is presented of theoretical and phenomenological studies of the spectroscopy of mesons with open heavy flavour. The non-relativistic quark model is often used for illustration, but more elaborated treatments of the quark dynamics are also listed and commented upon. Hybrid and multiquark states with open flavour are also discussed.
