학교시설 정량적 개축판별모델

The purpose of this study is to present the quantitative reconstruction decision model for school facilities. To find major criteria for evaluating deterioration, this paper conducted literature review related to school reconstruction or remodeling. Case analysis on reconstruction-planned schools and interview including 16 experts conveyed that structural deterioration, spatial shortage, D/H(Distance between buildings / Height the building) are critical criteria. Three equations which can assist practitioners to make a decision on school reconstruction were proposed by applying construction completed time, building gross area, D/H. This paper carried out case application in order to validate the proposed model. Through the result of this study, it is expected that the owners can improve efficiency of budgeting as well as quality of school facilities.
