Data transmission method and device, base station and user equipment

Disclosed are a data transmission method and device, base station and user equipment (UE), the method comprising: transmitting a pre-scheduling signaling to the UE before an unauthorized carrier is secured, wherein, the pre-scheduling signaling is used to instruct the UE to transmit, on a secured unauthorized resource, data; and transmitting the data with the UE according to the pre-scheduling signaling. The present invention addresses the problems in the related art of discontinuous data transmission and low resource utilization caused by the resource competition and resource occupation time restriction when transmitting the data by using the unauthorized carrier, thereby transmitting the data by effectively utilizing the restricted occupation time on the unauthorized carrier, improving frequency spectrum efficiency, and reducing delay of the data transmission of the unauthorized carrier.
