ADesign ofHigh-Speed, Full-Swing Bootstrapped BiCMOSDynamic Circuit

Thispaperproposes adesign ofa bootstrapped BiCMOSdynamic circuit. The proposed circuit ishigh-speed andfull-swing operation with1.5Voltsingle powersupply. Thedriving sections aredesigned byusing the noncomplementary technique basedon BiCMOStechnology. Thebipolar pullup driving section isdrivenbybootstrapped CMOS circuit. Theresults havebeencarried outbyusing PSpice program simulator based on0.35,umBiCMOSstandard technology of MOSIS.Allcircuit performance hasbeen compared withtheprevious results.
