Presents experimental data relating to frequency dispersion behavior of the complex dielectric constant in microwaves for some specific soil minerals and salts. Frequency dispersion behavior of the complex dielectric constant for bound water and water as a component of hydride crystals were derived from the attained experimental data on the assumption that the refractive model for complex dielectric constant of heterogeneous mixtures is valid.
