A transceiver subsystem for microwave breast imaging system was designed and fabricated. The subsystem consists of a transmitter, a receiver and a 16-channel switch matrix module. The subsystem is operated in the frequency from 500 MHz to 3 GHz and has 130 dB dynamic range and 110 dB channel isolation.
