Design of 6000 kN gantry-type scrap shearing machine

A gantry-typed scrap shearing machine was designed.Its structure is different from the general-purpose plate and bar shearing machine.The mainframe includes the assembly welding frame and the stamping and shearing mechanisms fixed in the frame by bolted flanged connection.which are composed of cylinder,piston and sliding block etc.This kind of scrap shearing machine is able to shear steel scrap with different shape,size,hardness and strength in bad working environment,and provide raw material for short flow steelmaking which can reduce the usage amount of non-renewable iron ore,achieve the purpose of conserving energy,reducing emissions and protecting environment.
