PURPOSE: A wireless power charging apparatus for a mobile communication terminal and a method thereof are provided to wirelessly charge the mobile communication terminal of a user without contact to an exclusive adaptor or power supply. CONSTITUTION: A signal oscillator(110) oscillates a signal by receiving electricity from a power source. A power signal generator(120) generates a power signal by resonating with the oscillated signal. A charging unit(130) stores the power signal from the power signal generator. A relay unit(140) relays the oscillated signal between the signal oscillator and the power signal generator to a resonance signal generator.
