Organizational development is a great challenge and large potential for modern enterprises. All organizational regulations, procedures and forms (organizational manual) must be continually improved and communicated, trained and implemented again. Change proposals, new ideas or questions are usually not related to the manual. Thus manuals are almost not totally corresponding with lived processes and hardly used for need-oriented learning. We prepared a manual in accordance with ISO 9001 and didactical principles and published it on an organizational learning system. This innovative workplace integrated organizational learning approach supported by a confidencebased open corporate culture promotes a practice-oriented manual for workplace integrated need-oriented learning and the continually development of the organization for a sustainable success of the enterprise.
