Laparoscopy Compared With Laparotomy for Debulking Ovarian Cancer After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy.

and self-harm, including suicide and accidental drug overdose, were leading causes of maternal mortality, with higher risk than known medical causes of maternal mortality such as hemorrhage, venous thromboembolism, and hypertension. A mother who takes her own life is worse than any of the theoretical risks that you cite of SSRIs. Therefore, no action and, even worse, throwing up barriers to progress, is most likely the worst possible course of action. Finally, we created the maternal mental health bundle and bundle commentary to address a condition associated with higher maternal morbidity and mortality. Over-generalization of the potential effects of pharmacotherapeutic agents, such as antidepressants, without knowledge of the individual patient and recognition of the professionalism and expertise of clinicians who choose to prescribe them, is counterproductive and misrepresents the vast body of science for the highly morbid conditions that they seek to mitigate.
