The method comprises the steps that: a mobile personal station obtains an identifier of the human body equipment, as well as position parameters and environmental parameters of a user carrying the human body equipment; the mobile personal station obtains a communication method supported by the human body equipment according to the identifier of the human body equipment; the mobile personal station determines a scene where the mobile personal station is located according to the position parameters and environmental parameters of the user; the mobile personal station determines a networking method of the human body equipment according to the scene and the communication method supported by the human body equipment; and the mobile personal station establishes connection with the human body equipment according to the networking method. According to the method and the device, the networking method of the human body equipment is determined according to the scene where the user is positioned and the communication method supported by the human body equipment, thus the communication cooperation of the human body equipment is achieved, thereby enhancing user experience.
