The base station determines an ePDCCH resource region of the terminal under the current subframe according to one of the following parameters: the number of REs capable of bearing control information inside resource blocks or eCCEs or eREGs in the current subframe, aggregation level configuration required to be detected by the terminal, ePDCCH transmission mode types for transmitting the control signaling to the terminal, the subframe type of the current subframe, the pilot frequency sending situation inside the current subframe, synchronous signal sending situation inside the current subframe, PBCH sending situation inside the current subframe and the subframe number of the current subframe, wherein the ePDCCH transmission mode types comprise a single-beam forming transmission mode, a space diversity transmission mode, a centralization transmission mode and a distribution transmission mode. According to the scheme, the method can be suitable for the transmission capability of the subframe which dynamically changes, the transmission performance of the control signaling on the ePDCCH is improved, the accuracy for searching for the control signaling by the terminal is improved, and terminal consumption is saved.
