The Application Researched of TPM Mode in Fankou Mine Equipment Management

TPM mode was based on Preventive Maintenance and Terotechnology, and fist brought forward by Japanese scholar. TPM mode has been accepted generally by west developed countries today. This paper introduced the TPM mode at fist, and then analyzed current state of equipment management in state-owned enterprise. At last, it expounded the try and practice of TPM mode in Fankou mine, and put forward some ideas about how to put TPM mode entirely into practice for the future.
