The invention discloses a non-contact switch power failure diagnosis system, which mainly solves the problems that the existing diagnosis system is complicated, requires contact with the measured circuit board leading to low efficiency and can not perform diagnosis on a circuit board after insulating treatment. The system consists of a non-contact magnetic probe (202), an amplifying conditioning device (203), a data acquisition unit (204) and a data processing unit (205), wherein the non-contact magnetic probe (202) is coupled with a magnetic leakage signal of a switch power magnetic element (201); the magnetic leakage signal is input into the amplifying conditioning device (203) for amplifying conditioning and then subjected to digital sampling by the data acquisition unit (204); and the sampled signal is processed by the data processing unit (205) to diagnose the failure type of the measured switch power. The system disclosed by the invention can realize measurement of a circuit board without requiring contact with the measured circuit board, is simple to operate, is safe and reliable, does not influence the work of the measured circuit, and can be applied to the system test and failure diagnosis of the switch power.
