Research on information management system of human resource based on.NET

On the basis of analysis to NET key techniques and the status quo of enterprises human resource management,this applied human resource information management system is analyzed and designed.Via the analysis of the status quo of enterprises'Human re- source information management and the requirement,a logical frame mode for constructing this system is designed:three tiers frame mode by means of B/S technique.A method combined object-oriented and groupware exploiture is used,the software--Rational rose and UML language is utilized to construct visual mode,information management system of human resource is analysed and designed from system demand,system design,system realization etc.
