복합재료-알루미늄 하이브리드 구조를 이용한 초소형 3축 CNC 머시닝센터의 고강성 고감쇠 설계

In this paper composites-aluminum hybrid structure for 3-axis micro-CNC machining center was introduced to enhance the structural stiffness and damping capacity of the structure. Three types of composites-aluminum hybrid column were proposed; that is, composite reinforcement at 2 lateral surfaces and 4 lateral surfaces and partly reinforced structure (composite jacket) for damping enhancement. Finite element analyses for static deflection due to dead weight and natural frequency were carried out according to the stacking angle and thickness and the most appropriate condition for the design of the composites-aluminum hybrid structure was determined.
