Progress and Current State of the Development of Laser Imaging Detection System and Its Key Techniques

Compared with other imaging methods such as synthetic aperture imaging,millimeter wave imaging,infrared imaging and visible light imaging,the laser imaging enjoys a series of advantages,which goes beyond the traditional concept of imaging and is widely used in military fields such as radar,guidance and fuze. The progress and current state of the development of laser imaging systems,including CO2 laser imaging systems,Diode Pumped Solid State Laser (DPSSL) imaging systems and diode laser imaging systems are reviewed. Key technologies and future development trends of the laser imaging system are discussed.
